The service

My Academy is provided by [company legal name], [registered address], Egypt ("we"). It lets sports academies record athletes, sessions, attendance, staff and money, and share that work with their team. By creating an account or joining an academy you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. The person who creates an academy is its owner. The owner decides who joins, through invite codes, and what each person can see and change. You are responsible for what is done under your account.

The academy's responsibilities

• Have the right to record the information you enter, including the consent of each athlete's guardian where the athlete is a child.
• Record only what you need to run the academy, and keep it accurate.
• Give access only to people who need it, and remove people who leave.
• Answer requests from athletes, guardians and staff about their own information, with our help where needed.

Your data

The academy owns the information it records. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Owners can export reports at any time and delete their account, which deletes the academies they own.

Plans and payment

A new academy can look around every screen before choosing a plan; adding and changing records needs a paid plan. Plans are paid monthly or yearly through Paymob, in Egyptian pounds, at the prices shown in the app when you pay. A plan does not renew by itself: each payment covers one month or one year, and the app reminds the owner before it ends. When a plan ends, the academy's records are kept and become read-only until it renews. [Refund policy.]

Acceptable use

Do not use My Academy to break the law, to store information you have no right to hold, to harass anyone, or to try to reach data that is not yours. Do not attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features; if a change removes something you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Ending

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end the service for an academy that breaks these terms, after telling the owner where we can.

Liability
